Return Policy

Pocai Products has a 30-day no questions asked return policy, as long as the item is returned in sellable condition. However, we cannot refund shipping charges if you chose to return an item. If you wish to return an item to us, please contact us at pocaiproducts@setel.com describing the reason for returning the product. We will give you a 100% refund if not satisfied.
